By accessing or using RevSource ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevSource provides link tracking and revenue attribution tools that help users understand which marketing sources drive paying customers. The Service includes tracked link creation, click analytics, and integration with third-party payment processors.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Track links for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the Service. We will notify you before the trial ends.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevSource and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
